Auction Options
Traditional Live Auction
Everyone's favorite. The smell of the grass, the sound of the auctioneer's chant as he calls for bids, ringmen's excitement, the crowd, burgers cooking. That is everyone's idea of a traditional live farm auction. We are able to bring out crew to you and conduct a traditional live auction anywhere in north central Montana. We offer cleaning services along with setup and auction day crew. You can be as involved in your sale as you wouild like to be. You can be there start to finish or can hand us the keys and leave an address to send your settlement check.
Online Timed Auctions
If you do not want a crowd at your place and would prefer to sell your merchandise online only with a scheduled or pre-set day for pickup only, we can offer auctions that are only online. The online platform we use allows us to offer just that. We can come to your place, photograph your items (equipment, vehicles, livestock, etc...), place it online and begin taking bids as soon as the auction goes "live". We would schedule a day for buyers to inspect all items prior to the closing of the auction. Bidders will bid on the items until a predetermined date and time and then we will stop accepting bids. At this point, we send the buyer his/her invoice to present to us on pickup day.
Webcast/ Hybrid Online and Live
Although live and online auctions all have their place, the best of both worlds is also available. We can sell to the online crowd that prefers to place bids prior to the auction and the bidders that want to bid from home as the auction is being conducted. Using the auction software we can offer your items to the online buyers as well as the buyers at the live auction. This is really the best of both worlds and we have seen success using this.
Online store and access to Auction Time, Tractor House, Truck Paper and all Sandhills Publications
If you want to market your assets on the retail market, we can sell using out online store or list it on nationally recognized publications. The Sandhills publications are leaders in ag related marketing.
