We will offer at auction the contents of the school house at 144 Gateway St, Rexford MT at 10am. This will be sold as one lot and a $1000 dollar performance bond will be required prior to bidding. This will be returned upon the completion of clean out of the property. You will have 30 days to remove all abandoned property on the school house site. Everything must be removed from the property.
